Learn what organizational resilience is all about through a lecture.The lecture will be tailored to your needs to ensure it is relatable to the challenges of the organizations in question.

We also offer training for the purpose of obtaining certification. We offer three different certification levels. These can be obtained with courses with a duration of 2-3 days. If you want resilience training of a more comprehensive variety, we offer customized training. The customized training course is designed in collaboration with the individual organization.

Introduction: Lecture ”The Look of Resilience” (duration: 2 hours)

The lecture will be tailored to the individual organization, but will usually cover the following topics:

  • The organizational challenges of today and those of the future
  • What is organizational resilience and why strengthen it?
  • A historic perspective, black swans, and perfect storms
  • Why we can’t always trust our own brain
  • Differences and similarities between being robust and resilient
  • Management and resilience (HR, ERM and BCM), including conceptual clarification cf. ISO/DIS 22316

Following the lecture, all participants will have a grasp of the organizational resilience concept. They will also know how to begin developing resilience within their own organization – including where to expect challenges.

  • Introduction to Safety 1 and 2
  • Leadership and pedagogy for peer-training
  • The ORT-model and Resilience Modelling (continued)
  • The psychology, narratives, and systems of organizations
  • Integration of organizational processes procedures and resilience

Facilitator level
Workshop-Leader, 3 days:

Customized training course: Designed in cooperation with the customer

Talk to us about your needs and how we can accommodate your wishes. Gain a perspective on how a customized training course can tie in with your pre-existing development. Of course, we will focus on how to ensure the resilience training becomes an integrated skill.
